IMPORTANT LETTER

September 1, 2016

Dear CCTC Student,

Please read carefully and completely to understand what is transpiring before you jump to conclusions. EVERYTHING IS FINE!

The Construction Craft Training Center is closing its doors as of September 1, 2016 after 34 years of training. However, the Eden Area ROP is taking over providing ET classes for all CCTC students.

The classes will be held at the same facilities, with the same instructors at the same times using the same curriculum. The only difference is the staff of the CCTC will be employed by the Eden Area ROP, Adult Education Program through the Department of Education.

Eden Area ROP is an approved Electrical Trainee Program #109 along with the CCTC. Your records and transcripts will be a part of the transfer from CCTC to Eden Area ROP and will be available for at least 5 years after graduation.

The cost will remain the same. When applying for your ET card or renewal of your ET card you can use School #109 Eden Area ROP.
The phone numbers will be the same as will the website www.cctc.edu until we can change it over.

We will also contact you and your companies by phone to explain this move in detail. Please call if you have questions.

PLEASE CALL IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS AT ALL.
